CROW’S NEST CAFÉ & BOUTIQUE BAKERY
NOTE: Vendor Finance Available
A South Pacific ‘island escape’ … a ‘sea change’ … life-relaxation … why not?
A ‘Pacific’ lifestyle supported by the Crow’s Nest Café/Boutique Bakery; your leisure time spent on, in, and around the picturesque, very-protected waterways of the Vava’u Island Group; what a great opportunity without major financial investment! Within minutes, being able to go sailing, boating, fishing, snorkeling, diving etc. If you’re a ‘water’ person … “Wow”!!
Crow’s Nest is a ‘pacific-feel’, 30-40 seat, breakfast/lunch café (at present) where repeat business is the house specialty and word-of-mouth advertising is one of its’ greatest assets. Simply put, the Crow’s Nest food does the “talking”. In addition to the usual café/bakery operations, Crow’s Nest caters to the needs of many restaurants, bars, resorts, ‘whale-swim’ day charters and game-fishing tournaments. Provisioning for departing yachts has also become an important part of the Crow’s Nest business.
Crow’s Nest has a 4-yr history and an excellent reputation (why not Google us?). It’s a turn-key operation with fully-trained staff; and don’t be concerned, for you as the new owners of Crow’s Nest, full training will be provided. Expansion/operational decisions will only be limited by your imagination, and off-season closure is certainly a viable life-style option. Current operational hours: very rarely before 6am (thankfully!) through to mid-afternoon, 6 days/week. The rest of the day is then yours to enjoy.
For the 400-500 yachts that visit this yachting ‘Mecca’ annually, Vava’u boasts 100-200 inner-harbour moorings and 40+ sheltered island-anchorages. In addition, thousands of casual tourists arrive each year by plane, inter-island ferries (3), or international cruise ships (10+) to partake in the many activities available. These include:
- Humpback Whales: Swim or Watch (15+ Licenced Operators)
- Yacht Rentals
- Game-Fishing Charters and/or Tournaments
- Kayaking
- Resort Holidays & Island ‘Escapes’
- Scenic Tours
- Diving/Snorkeling Boat Trips
- Day Sailing
- Many Cultural Events (Varied)
With an all-year-round almost perfect climate, Vava’u’s lush and often uninhabited islands and brilliant blue lagoons await.
