DEVELOPMENT OVERVIEW
Located within Fiji's Great Sea Reef, Mavuva Island is being developed into a unique off the grid island community offering affordable unserviced freehold Beachfront and Ocean Access View Lots on a 42 acre private island situated only 3km off the sunny northern coast of Vanua Levu, and within a protected coral lagoon hosting an amazing variety of marine life with much of the Great Sea Reef protected as a Marine Reserve.

ACCESS
The Island is located entirely within a protected lagoon and is easily accessed by a short 10-minute boat transfer from Vanua Levu. In fact the entire Great Sea Reef area where the development is located offers some of the most ideal boating conditions and finest weather throughout Fiji.
Located only 3km off the northern coast of Vanua Levu, the closest airport is at Labasa, which is serviced by multiple flights 7 days each week by Air Pacific's domestic carrier, Pacific Sun, on their largest 44 passenger, ATR 42-500 aircraft, which offers a short 35 minute flight from both Nadi and Suva.
Labasa Airport is the only outer island public airport accessible by the larger ATR 42 aircraft, with other domestic airports at Savusavu, Taveuni, Koro Island and Kadavu only accessible on smaller aircraft with considerably longer flight times.
Labasa is also the commercial hub of Vanua Levu, Fiji's second largest island, with the North's largest hospital, government and professional offices, and offering numerous suppliers of construction materials, local timbers, homewares and general supplies.
